Rope-Access Safety Audit
Before a single squeegee moves, our IRATA-certified riggers walk every anchor point. We photograph each abseil station, check load ratings, and file a written audit with your facilities team. Nothing proceeds without sign-off.
Biodegradable Solution Mixing
Our concentrate is measured by building height, glass age, and salt-haze index — Sea Point panels need a different dilution than a Century City atrium. Mixed on-site, pH-neutral, SANS 10234 compliant. No residue, no runoff risk.
Squeegee Pass & Water Beading
A single fluid stroke from top rail to bottom sill, overlapping by 30mm. No second passes, no doubling back. The technique is the same whether we are on the third floor or the thirty-third — watch the water sheet off clean.
Angled-Light Streak Inspection
Every pane is inspected at 45° to the light source before we descend. If a microfibre edge or a mineral streak shows, we go back up. The job is not done until the glass disappears. We photograph the final pass and send it with the invoice.
